Get Rid of Love Handles (Week 5)
Make sure you warm up before attempting this workout. A good warm up is to perform 8-12 minutes of cardio (any type you like) until you just begin to sweat. Then you should stretch the muscle groups you are going to work.
Go through all five exercises with little to no rest in between. Rest 1-2 minutes after you complete all five exercises. Go through the entire circuit 3-4 times. If you need more rest, take it. As your strength and condition improve, you will be able to rest less.
Jump Rope — 100 reps
DB Bench Press — 10 reps
Pull ups — 10 reps each leg
DB Squats — 10 reps
Burpees – 15 reps
